Villa Paradise is an exquisite 7,000 square foot property located on 3.5 magnificently landscaped waterfront acres. It has been the privileged hideaway for celebrities and royalty alike. The home is located on small beach cove that comes and goes depending on the weather, but the gorgeous Sandy Point Beach is just a 5 minute boat ride away from the villa and rental of the property includes the use of a 5 passenger Zodiac boat and boatman. The exquisite 2 mile long sugar white sand Rendezvous Bay is located within a short boat ride as well.
Built of white stucco, the villa offers striking architecture and combines the natural beauty with quiet elegance while offering unrivaled views across the Caribbean Sea. The villa's protected harbor with boat dock and small private beach are located directly in front of the main house. The adjacent reef offers some of the best snorkeling opportunities on Anguilla.
The living area is spacious and features McGuire furniture, a Bose stereo system, 42' Plasma TV, two terraces and an office area equipped with a computer, printer and Fax.
The kitchen features a Miehle kitchen with Gemanogram appliances and granite work tops.
All of the luxurious bedrooms are air-conditioned and offer designer bedding and linens. Additionally, each offers a flat screen TV, DVD player and stereo system. All of the bathrooms are fitted with custom-made marble and granite and feature accessories by Rolex, Kohler and Villeroy Boch.
Outside, there is a large, private sparkling swimming pool.
Indulge in an inviting poolside massage, relax in a hammock while sipping a tropical concoction or simply savor the caressing sea breeze on a terrace of your choice.
Access to the ocean is either off the private dock where wonderful snorkeling may be enjoyed, down a half dozen steps to the private beach cove when it exists at the villa or via short boat rides to nearby beaches.

Only 13 miles long, this precious island is home to beautiful coves and palm-lined white sand beaches where it is easy to dream away the day. Don't come to Anguilla expecting to expend a lot of energy--this is a place of relaxation. Offshore coral reefs offer some of the best snorkeling in the Caribbean where the water is warm and brightly colored tropical fish dart playfully among the sponges. Several resorts on this tropical paradise cater to international visitors and will make sure anyone's stay is pleasurable.

See the brightly painted fishing boats that line the perimeter of the harbor. Late afternoon is the best time to see the day's catch.
Old Factory
Home of the Anguilla Tourist office, this building housed a cotton gin for cotton that was imported to England
Sandy Ground
The busiest and most developed of Anguilla's beaches. You'll find open air bars, restaurants and a few boutiques and a dive shop.
Warden's Place
Home of the Koal Keel restaurant, this former sugar-plantation house was built in the late 18th century. You will see wonderful examples of island stonework here. It once served as the residence of the island's chief administrator.
Dolphin Fantaseas
The Dolphin Fantaseas interactive swim involves a half hour of up-close and personal playtime with dolphins. You'll begin your journey at the waters edge where our trainers will educate you about dolphins, how they live and their marine environment. Then you'll dip into deeper waters and learn how to feed them from your fingers, be able stroke their silky skin, watch them dive and swim around you, and listen to them use their unique echolocation.
