Foyer stairway leads to balcony with two sets of doors; one enters to the terrazzo and the other to the master suite.
The terrazzo has an unobstructed view of the Sea of Cortez and Palmilla Bay with separate entrance to the master bedroom with a wall of glass and private balcony.
Master Bedroom
The 700 square foot master bedroom in our vacation rental has marble floors, dome lighted ceilings, custom cabinets with granite top, his and hers Kohler sinks with custom faucets, enclosed toilet and bidet by Kohler, dramatic custom made soaking tub, shower/steam room features glass style elegant tile and glass wall block. His and hers walk-in closets.
Garage
The vacation villa garage is about 1300 square feet with outside carport for RV and boat. Includes full bathroom and gymnasium. Separate entrance to full laundry room with washer, dryer, sink and cabinet.
Complete water system including 1,200 gallon poly water tank, double filter system, ultraviolet light sterilizer, and water softener.
Pool
Designed by an award-winning builder, the pool is 52 feet long with a dramatic infinity edge and cascade. Swim-up bar and unique spa with three different sets of waterfalls cascading into the pool. Custom stone steps bordered by four cascades and two bronze statues.
The palapa area features professional-grade stainless steel barbecue and stove by Desing Cooking Systems.
