A luxurious villa ideal for large groups, family reunions or for two or three families wanting to have a holiday together. The villa is divided into three fully equipped apartments so that everyone has their own privacy and then for central dining you can use the cantina which is a cave-like structure with large kitchen and dining room. An ideal place to meet, cook, eat and have fun together.
Villa Ombuto is an Tuscany vacation rental (50km south of Florence) situated in the hills of the Casentino valley. Extensive private estate (80 Acres/32 Hectare) including 3 rivers with relaxing views over woods and valleys and very secluded. Poppi, a picturesque medieval village is just 4 km away and the closest Golf Course is a 10 minute drive. An ideal location to get away from it all and enjoy peace and quiet but close enough to make day trips in the historic Casentino, Chianti, Cortona area or to Florence, Sienna and Arezzo.
The villa is divided into three apartments. All apartments have been tastefully furnished. Living rooms have fireplaces and all lead out to private large terraces or a balcony (first floor) with tables and chairs for outdoor dining. All kitchens are fully equipped and include a dishwasher, refrigerator and stove. All apartments have central underfloor heating and double glazed windows. The typically thick Tuscan walls with the addition of modern insulation ensure comfortable rooms in both summer and winter. All bedrooms have adjoining bathrooms and all apartments have TV with satellite.
